  1. Information on how to sign-up to the myREHAU.com customer portal and the services offered under its banner form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in its services and promotions is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS FOR THE myREHAU.com CUSTOMER PORTAL

  1. These following General Membership Terms govern the membership and operation of the myREHAU.com customer portal website.
  2. From time to time REHAU Pty Ltd (ABN 78 001 298 577), Suite 7.05, Level 7, 4 Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 and REHAU Ltd (NZBN 9429037496074), Level 1, 12 Allens Road, East Tamaki 2013 Auckland, New Zealand; Telephone +64 9 272 2264, (“REHAU”) may alter the General Membership Terms without prior notification. REHAU will provide Members with notification of any material changes to the General Membership Terms on the relevant section of the myREHAU.com customer portal website.
  3. REHAU does not guarantee the myREHAU.com customer portal website will always be managed and owned by REHAU, and that Member Benefits and features will continue to be available to Members indefinitely.
  4. The member sign-up to the myREHAU.com customer portal website is restricted to Australian and New Zealand residents.

By applying to become a Member of the myREHAU.com customer portal website, a person must have:

  • agreed to the General Membership Terms; and
  • read and understood the Privacy and Cookie Policy;
    as amended from time to time.
  1. It is the Members’ responsibility to ensure they read and understand the General Membership Terms both before applying for Membership, and as amended from time to time.
  2. Members may terminate their Membership in accordance with clause 19 if they do not agree to changes. Members have no other rights in relation to changes.
  3. The General Membership Terms apply separately for the benefit of each of party, of which each may separately enforce the General Membership Terms.

Membership

  1. A person is eligible to become a member if:
    • they are an Australian or New Zealand resident and
    • they submit an Application to the myREHAU.com customer portal website including all the information required by the Application, either:
      • online at the myREHAU.com customer portal website;
      • by contacting the REHAU Customer Service;
      • an application in paper form.
      • by agreeing to become a Member during a phone call or meeting with a REHAU Sales Representative; or
      • by an alternative channel or method which is accepted by the myREHAU.com customer portal website; and
    • they meet all other eligibility criteria set out in the General Membership Terms.
  2. If REHAU accepts the Application, the person will be issued with an individual Membership Number. The myREHAU.com customer portal website will send the member a confirmation email including a verification link to active the member account.
  3. An individual becomes a myREHAU.com customer portal member, when they are allocated a Membership Number.
  4. Members are not entitled to transfer their Membership and its associated Benefits to any person, entity or account.
  5. Only Members can access the myREHAU.com customer portal website and its Services such as the REHAU Certification and Training as well as Design Services.
  6. Members may access their Membership Account by logging into their Profile at the myREHAU.com customer portal website using their email address and password; or by calling the REHAU Customer Service Centre.
  7. Members may update their Personal Information (other than First name, Last name, Email address, Reece customer account number and Australian Business Number) via the myREHAU.com customer portal website or by calling the REHAU Customer Service Centre.
  8. For First name, Last name, Email address, Occupation, Australian Business Number and Reece customer account changes, the Member must call the REHAU Customer Service Centre and provide reasonable supporting documentation via email.

General Member Obligations: Members must act fairly and reasonably in all matters connected with their Application for, and Membership of, the myREHAU.com customer portal. This obligation includes that Members:

  • Must not give the myREHAU.com customer portal any incorrect or incomplete information in connection with their Application or Membership and must promptly tell the myREHAU.com customer portal if any relevant information changes;
  • Will not in any way sell, barter, attempt to transfer or otherwise deal with any Member Benefits and Rewards connected with their Membership other than in accordance with the General Membership Terms and will not abuse or misuse any Member Benefits;
  • Must not engage in Inappropriate conduct which is unlawful or illegal;
  • Must tell the myREHAU.com customer portal if any of their Personal Information changes, as soon as practicable after the change;
  • Must produce if requested, as a precondition of any activity which may result in the Member’s Benefits; and
  • Agree to keep the Member’s Membership Number and password secure and confidential and not to disclose them to any person other than an Authorised Representative.
  1. REHAU’s Obligations:For as long as REHAU owns and operates the myREHAU.com customer portal, REHAU will use reasonable endeavors to:
    • receive and process Applications for Membership;
    • assign Members to the appropriate Membership credentials, and allocate the corresponding Member Benefits;
    • provide updates and information concerning the myREHAU.com customer portal to the mobile or email address specified in the Member’s Membership Account.
  2. Suspension And Termination Of Membership

Suspension or Termination of Membership by REHAU for breach by Member

  • REHAU may, acting reasonably, terminate or suspend a Member’s Membership at any time if REHAU believes that the Member has breached their obligations in the General Membership Terms.
  • REHAU will (if REHAU considers it reasonable in the circumstances) attempt to give a Member prior written notice of its intention to suspend or terminate the Membership, and give the Member an opportunity to rectify the breach and provide reasons why their Membership should not be suspended or terminated within 14 days of REHAU’s notice. REHAU will review any reasons given by the Member and advise the Member of its decision whether or not to suspend or terminate. Such decision should be final.

Termination of Membership by Member

  • A Member may terminate their myREHAU.com customer portal Membership at any time by giving written notice to REHAU

Termination on Death of Member

  • The executors or administrators of a deceased Member’s estate may instruct REHAU to transfer Benefits to another Membership Account and realise Benefits associated with the deceased Member’s Membership Account, within 12 months after the Member’s death. If the executors or administrators do not give these instructions within 12 months, all unclaimed Benefits associated with the Membership Account will be forfeited.

Effect of Termination of Membership

  • On termination of a Membership, the Member’s Account will be closed, all Member Benefits and Benefits associated with the myREHAU.com customer portal will cease and all unused Benefits associated with the Membership Account will be forfeited.
  1. Member Benefits: Members are able to access REHAU Services available on myREHAU to members. The member will be informed with latest news, events and promotions by REHAU.

Member Benefits may be amended from time to time without prior notice to Members.

TERMS OF USE FOR REHAU TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

  1. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION is part of the myREHAU.com customer portal website. Only myREHAU.com members are able to access the TRAINING & CERTIFICATION sectionThe TRAINING & CERTIFICATION section offers REHAU product and industry related training courses.

Training courses can change and be added or removed at any time throughout the programme without prior notice. Each training course is presented via an e-learning training presentation and concludes with a multiple choice test quiz. A training history pop is available through the TRAINING home page once a course has been successfully completed.

These following General Membership Terms govern the membership and operation of the REHAU TRAINING & CERTIFICATION which is accessible through the myREHAU.com customer portal website.

  1. From time to time REHAU Pty Ltd (ABN 78 001 298 577), Suite 7.05, Level 7, 4 Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 and REHAU Ltd (NZBN 9429037496074), Level 1, 12 Allens Road, East Tamaki 2013 Auckland, New Zealand; Telephone +64 9 272 2264, (“REHAU”) may alter the General Membership Terms without prior notification. REHAU will provide Members with notification of any material changes to the General Membership Terms on the relevant section of the myREHAU.com customer portal and TRAINING website.
  2. REHAU does not guarantee the REHAU TRAINING & CERTIFICATION programme will always be managed and owned by REHAU, and that Member Benefits and features will continue to be available to Members indefinitely.
  3. If a myREHAU.com member is a licensed plumber in Australia, the person is eligible to become a REHAU TRAINING & CERTIFICATION member and is automatically enrolled upon completion of one core training course. A core training course is marked with a ‘core course’ symbol.

By successful completion of the core courses (e-learning and test quiz) the member’s membership status will change as outlined below:
1x core course = Member
2x core courses = Professional
3x core courses = Expert

3x core courses + any addition non-core courses=Master
The member will be able to see the successful upgrades on the dashboard display.

Upon completion of a core course the member has the option to print a certificate and membership card.

Each course is marked with an expiry date. It is the responsibility of each member to conduct a refresher course accordingly in order to keep their membership status.
